DownUnder Elite Apparel - Proudly supporting the Redlands Rays Baseball Club and Banggu Baseball

DownUnder Elite Apparel, the official apparel arm of the DownUnder Travellers, are proud to announce our support of the Redlands Rays Baseball Club and Banggu Baseball. We recently provided t-shirts to members of the Banggu Baseball Academy that were designed by former Texas Ranger player, and proud Aboriginal man, Todd McDonald.

Located in Redlands Queensland, the Redlands Rays Baseball Club is home to Banggu Baseball. With the blessing of the local elders of the Quandamooka people, the name Banggu, meaning ‘Stingray’, connects to the local land on which their club is based.

Banggu Baseball are also creating pathways for First Nations youth to participate in the sport of baseball. Their purpose is to deliver a baseball program that is designed to improve the performance of their players on the field and provide mentorship off the field.

We are excited to see these players proudly representing the Banggu Baseball Academy in their DownUnder Elite Apparel t-shirts!
